Terms
Plain terms for using Kerfview.
Who you're dealing with
Kerfview is run by ALGD LTD, registered in Northern Ireland (NI744090). Email hello@kerfview.com.
Not LightBurn
Kerfview is an independent tool. It isn't made, endorsed or supported by LightBurn Software, and LightBurn's support can't help with it. It reads LightBurn's project format as observed in openly available files; LightBurn hasn't published a specification, so some files may contain things it doesn't understand yet.
Your designs
Only open and convert designs you own or have the right to use. Designs bought from a marketplace are usually licensed rather than sold, and the licence may limit converting or sharing them. Kerfview never sees your files, so this is your responsibility.
What the tool does and doesn't promise
Sizes, lengths and settings are read and measured carefully, and exports are tested against sample files, but we can't test them on your laser, material and software. Time figures are estimates with stated assumptions. Laser settings saved in a file belong to the designer's machine. Always run a test on scrap material before a job that matters, and never leave a laser running unattended.
The unlock
The unlock is a one-time payment of £6. It applies to the browser you use it in, and returning to the link from your purchase unlocks another. Your rights under UK consumer law aren't affected by these terms.
Liability
We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it. Otherwise, the free tools are provided as they are, and we aren't liable for spoiled material or machine time.
